All designs, plans, and documentation created by Wayside Design Consultants remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Clients are granted a license to use these materials for the specific project they were created for.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Similarly, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by Wayside Design Consultants during the course of service provision.
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due at agreed-upon project milestones.
While we strive for excellence in all our work, Wayside Design Consultants' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses.
All services provided by Wayside Design Consultants comply with relevant laws and industry regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services also complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 30 days. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.
Wayside Design Consultants reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state where Wayside Design Consultants is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
